Coming out of the FoodLand parking lot, turn left on Pattaya Klang and go 400m to Sukhumvit Road. Turn left on Sukhumvit, U-turn at the red light and take a left turn just before the pedestrian overpass; there's a 7-11 on the corner. You are now on Soi Nern Plab Wan. Go 1.5km and you will see a police box on your left (next to a flashing red light). Turn left as soon as you pass a school on your left. That's Soi Map Yailia 17. Verdant Apartments is 50m into the Soi on the left. Look for the bright green roof.

Coming from Pattaya Nua on Sukhumvit Road. Turn left into Soi Nern Plab Wan at the 7-11 just before the Pattaya Klang pedestrian overpass then see the directions above. Coming from Pattaya Tai on Sukhumvit Road, turn left at the red light immediately after Pattaya Klang and follow the above directions as though coming from Pattaya Klang.

Chok Chai Village 4 is 20m past Map Yai Lia 17 and on the right.

Chok Chai Garden Village #1is the same distance as Chok Chai 4 into Soi Khao Noi (labelled by Google maps as Boonsampan), the large Soi immediately to the south of Soi Nern Plab Wan. The Google map stops at point B. Keep going for 200m and you will see the entrance to Chok Chai Garden Village #2. Turn right for 100m and you will Chok Chai Garden Village #1.
