This house has a huge living room, four air-cons, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, cable and a landline with broadband and a WiFi router.
Two of the bathrooms are en suite. Outside, there's a covered car port, a clothes washer and a small, spa pool that's safe for little children to splash around in or for adults to chill. Pattaya Tropical village has a vast pool, a fitness room, a restaurant-bar and 2 mini-marts. It's the complete village. The location is half way between Nern Plab Wan and Soi Country Club. Nearby is a Kiss-and-Food, Korean Spa, Tesco, open market, bars, massage, gyms and restaurants. It's the happening area east of Sukhumvit but you can escape from it all when you need to in a quiet, safe village. The security is excellent. The village has full-time gatekeepers on both entrances and a regular bicycle patrol down every soi. The company that built Pattaya Tropical has handed community issues over to a residents committee that takes a proactive role in keeping the village clean, safe and working. The annual maintenance fee is high as a result but is included in the monthly rental of B23,000.We have houses of identical quality available in the same village on short-term rental for B2,500 per day.
